Size: 2.1 in.

Common statewide along large streams, frequently along the Mississippi River. A yellow or green thorax with black stripes and yellow on each segment of the abdomen. Male has yellow shins and black thighs.  As can be seen from the photo on the right, the markings can be quite variable.
